Return & Exchange Policy – Scenteva
At Scenteva, we take pride in offering premium fragrances and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or partially used perfumes.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless defective).
- Gift cards or e-gift vouchers.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
6. International Orders
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
